Pakistan does not have a FERPA statute. For education buyers (universities, schools, training colleges), AIzaadi applies a FERPA-equivalent posture under PDPA-2023:

Parental consent for under-18 learners
Learner-controlled disclosure of grades to third parties

7-year retention for academic records, learner-initiated deletion outside that window
