Webhook events: - learner.enrolled - learner.completed - learner.certified - learner.dropped - seat.assigned - seat.reassigned - cohort.started - cohort.ended
Delivery: - HTTPS POST to your endpoint - HMAC-SHA256 signed with per-tenant secret - Retry with exponential backoff up to 24 hours - Replay available from admin UI for last 30 days
