Going Abroad? Pakistan Diaspora Attestation Prep

Pakistanis applying for jobs in UAE, UK, or Canada need degrees attested by HEC and the Foreign Office. The new HEC blockchain attestation system, launching June 30, 2026, makes this fully online.

  1. 1Original degree + transcript (scan PDFs)
  2. 2CNIC or NICOP copy
  3. 3Passport copy
  4. 4Create an eservices.hec.gov.pk account
  5. 5Pay HEC attestation fee (PKR, via JazzCash or EasyPaisa)
  6. 6Submit through the HEC online portal
  7. 7Receive the blockchain-verified attestation digitally
  8. 8Submit attested degree to the Foreign Office Attestation Directorate (now linked via HEC platform)
