ف and ق share the same body shape; ف has one dot above, ق has two. This pair confuses children early. Have them practise writing فاتح (faatih, conqueror) and قاتل (qaatil, killer) side by side; same body, different dot count, completely different meanings. The dot is not decoration in this script. The dot is the word. Stroke timings approximate.

Writing فاتح and قاتل without confusing them is real script literacy. Name the discrimination, not just the writing.
