Annual or quarterly billing?

Annual is preferred because most of the operational cost is front-loaded (instructor hiring, content build, cohort setup).

Quarterly is available for orders of 500+ seats. The uplift is 4 percent of list and covers the additional collection and reconciliation overhead.

Monthly billing is not offered. If cash flow is a blocker, ask for a quarterly plan with a 30-day grace period on the first invoice.
