How does per-seat pricing work?

A seat is one named learner with a verified CNIC or employee ID. Seats are assigned, not concurrent. Once assigned, the seat is locked to that learner for the contract term.

You can reassign a seat after 30 days of inactivity. Reassignments are unlimited but each one is logged in the admin audit trail.

Inactive seats do not auto-refund. They sit idle and can be reassigned. Plan your seat count based on expected active learners over the year, not headcount.

Pricing tiers are listed on the enterprise page. Discounts for 100+, 500+, and 1000+ seats are applied automatically at quote time.
