Female participation policy

Our internal floor is 40 percent female participation per cohort, with the caveat that this depends on the tenant's seat assignment list. If you send 90 percent male names, we will flag it but not block the cohort.

Tenants serving sectors with skewed gender distribution (heavy industry, defense) often run all-male cohorts. That is acceptable.

For banks, insurance, telco, retail, and education we encourage hitting or exceeding the 40 percent floor. Female-only cohorts are available on request.
