How often is recertification needed?
Certificates list a 24-month validity window. After 24 months the learner takes a short refresher and re-issues for free if seats are still active.
Certificates are issued with a 24-month validity printed on the face.
After 24 months: - Learner takes a 90-minute refresher module - New assessment, passing score 70 percent - New certificate issued, no charge if the seat is still active under contract - If the seat was reassigned, the original learner pays the standalone recertification fee
This matches SBP and HEC expectations for ongoing training documentation.
