What is the onboarding timeline?
Two to six weeks from contract signing to first cohort, depending on white-label and SSO scope.
Standard onboarding (no white-label, no SSO): 2 weeks. - Week 1: tenant setup, admin training, learner roster import - Week 2: kickoff webinar, first cohort begins
With white-label: add 2 weeks for branding production.
With SSO/SAML: add 1 to 2 weeks for IDP integration and testing.
NADRA integration for CNIC verification: handled in parallel, no additional calendar time if you can supply a verification partner contract.
