What do you need from us to start?
Signed MSA and DPA, learner roster, single admin contact, IDP metadata if using SSO, and brand assets if white-labeling.
Required: - Signed MSA and DPA - Learner roster CSV (name, CNIC or employee ID, email, manager, branch) - One primary admin contact and one backup - Logo and brand guidelines (white-label only) - IDP metadata XML (SSO only) - NADRA verification partner contract (if CNIC verification is required)
Nice to have: - Sender domain DNS access (for white-label email) - Internal kickoff event slot for our team to introduce the program
