Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, Twilio, Mux, OpenAI/Anthropic for AI agents. Current list maintained at /aizaadi/help/sub-processors.
Current sub-processors (2026-05-13):
- Supabase: primary database, auth, storage (Tokyo)
- Cloudflare: CDN, WAF, DDoS protection
- Resend: transactional email
- Twilio: WhatsApp Business API and SMS
- Mux: video streaming and analytics
- OpenAI: tutor and reading agents (no training on tenant data)
- Anthropic: safety and placement agents (no training on tenant data)
- Vercel: web hosting (compute only, no learner PII stored)
We notify customers 30 days before adding a new sub-processor. Customers may object in writing; an objection triggers a 60-day mitigation window.
