Where is our data stored?
Primary data lives in Supabase Tokyo (ap-northeast-1). Pakistan residency option available for buyers that require it under PDPA-2023.
Primary region: Supabase ap-northeast-1 (Tokyo). This is the default for all enterprise tenants today.
Pakistan residency: available on request. We mirror tenant data to a Pakistan-hosted Postgres at PTCL or NayaTel, with the operational primary remaining Tokyo. The mirror serves as the system of record for any PDPA-2023 data-subject request.
Backups: encrypted, geographically separated, 30-day retention by default, 7-year retention for certificates and audit logs.
EU residency: not currently offered. EU-headquartered buyers should contact sales.
