Practical exercise
The twenty second handwash, done right
Most people in Pakistan wash their hands for four to six seconds. That is enough to move dirt around, not enough to break the grease layer where germs hide. Today you set up a twenty second handwash that actually works, time it on a phone, and check that two family members can do the same. This single habit prevents more diarrhoea, typhoid, and flu in Pakistani households than any medicine on the shelf.

Now try it
The twenty second handwash, done right
Stretch
For one full week, log every handwash you do, with the moment and the duration. At the end of seven days count how many of the five key moments you actually washed at, and what the average duration was. The honest number is usually shocking.
Goes into your portfolio
A folder with three photographs (foamed hands, the five moments list near the sink, a family member washing) and a one paragraph note in your own words explaining what changed in your house after this lesson.
