Make a 'when sick' card for your house
When a six year old in the house spikes a 103 degree fever at midnight, no one remembers what to do. They panic, give random Disprin or Brufen, and call cousins for advice. Today you make one A5 sized card with fever red flags, dose rules, and the Sehat Sahulat helpline number 0800 99000. You stick it on the kitchen wall. The card will be used.

Now try it

Stretch
Make a second card with allergy and asthma rules for any family member who needs one: trigger list, inhaler dose (usually two puffs of Ventolin), and when to go to ER (cannot speak full sentence, lips turning blue). Stick it next to the first.
Goes into your portfolio
A photograph of your A5 'when sick' card stuck on the kitchen wall, with all five sections clearly readable in both English and Urdu, including the Sehat Sahulat 0800 99000 number and your nearest 24 hour hospital filled in.
