Find one trusted adult for puberty questions
Puberty arrives whether anyone explained it or not. In most Pakistani households nobody explains it; you are left with WhatsApp forwards and whispered jokes from cousins. Today you will pick one trusted adult, ideally a mother, elder sister, khala, phuppo, female teacher, or a school nurse, who you can ask honest questions. The point is not to ask everything today; it is to know who to go to when something confusing happens.

Stretch
Identify a backup trusted adult, in case the first one moves away or becomes unavailable. The backup can be a school counsellor, a family doctor, or a written list of three reliable websites in English; for example, the WHO youth health pages.
Goes into your portfolio
A short note (kept private to you) with three parts: the name of your chosen trusted adult, two reasons you picked her, and the promise you made to yourself. Do not include the questions you asked or the answers you got; the portfolio entry only proves you set up the channel.
