You will record yourself answering the four hardest questions on your phone, then watch the recording, then re-record once. The watching is the lesson. The first take is rarely the one you want anyone else to see; the second take, after watching once, almost always is.

Repeat the four question round once a week for three weeks. By the third week, the body language fixes will be unconscious and the answers will sound natural rather than rehearsed.
