Practical exercise
Name the feeling: a one week emotion-naming dare
In most Pakistani households we name three feelings: gussa, khushi, udaasi. That is it. The truth is humans run on at least sixty different feelings, and a person who can name them is a person who can hold them. This week you will pick one sibling or cousin and play a small game with them every day: name the feeling, do not fix it, just name it.

Now try it
Name the feeling: a one week emotion-naming dare
Stretch
Run the same one week game with one parent. The structure is identical, but the social risk is higher. If your father or mother refuses on day one, that itself is the data. Note their exact words.
Goes into your portfolio
A photograph of your seven day notebook page showing dated entries with both your feeling word and your partner's, plus the final question and answer from day 7.
