Practical exercise
Collaborate with someone you do not like: a shared goal scaffold
In every classroom there is at least one person whose habits, voice, politics, or arrogance grates on you. The Pakistani default is to make a separate group, refuse the project, or split the work into halves and never speak. None of those build any muscle. Today you pair with that person on one schoolwork piece and use a written scaffold to keep the cooperation honest. The point is not to become friends. The point is to ship.

Now try it
Collaborate with someone you do not like: a shared goal scaffold
Stretch
Repeat the exercise in the next school term with someone from a different background, urban vs rural, English medium vs Urdu medium, a different province, a different sect of life experience. The harder the social distance, the bigger the muscle gain.
Goes into your portfolio
Three pieces together: a photograph of the signed scaffold page, a photograph of the final submitted project, and your one page private review (with the partner's name redacted if you prefer).
