Get your NTN and PSEB registration
Today you become a registered taxpayer in Pakistan. You do not need any income yet. The point is to walk through the IRIS portal once while it is still calm, so that when your first 500 dollar Fiverr payment lands you already have the rails in place. NTN registration takes twenty minutes. PSEB takes a week.

Email any one Pakistani client (a relative running a business, a Polymath cohort mate's parent, anyone) offering a small paid task: a CV, a translation, a single page website. Quote 3,000 rupees. When they pay, ask Meezan or whichever bank holds your account for a Proceeds Realisation Certificate (PRC) for the transaction. The first PRC is your first tax-year evidence.
