Open a CDC investor account and place one tiny trade

Most Pakistanis live their whole life beside the KSE 100 without ever owning a single share. The barrier is not money. It is paperwork and fear. Today you will cross both. By the end you will have a CDC sub account through a licensed broker, and you will have placed one trade for one share of one company you can name without checking your phone. The amount is small on purpose. The point is that you have crossed the line from outsider to participant.

Stretch

Set a calendar reminder for one year from today. Title it: review my first share. On that day reread your one line reason. If the reason still holds, hold the share. If the company has changed beyond your reason, sell. The discipline is annual review, not daily checking. Daily checking turns owners into traders.
