Build a real first aid kit and know who to call
Most Pakistani homes have one half-melted plaster strip in a kitchen drawer and call that 'first aid'. When a younger sibling burns a hand on the geyser pipe or a chacha cuts his finger fixing a tap, the household scrambles. Today you assemble a proper kit, with receipts, and put the three most important emergency numbers on the fridge: Edhi 115, Rescue 1122, and your nearest hospital line. The kit costs under 2,000 rupees and may one day matter more than that.

Within one month, complete a free Pakistan Red Crescent or Rescue 1122 community first aid awareness session (often offered free at schools and colleges). Bring back the certificate or attendance slip. Real first aid begins where the kit ends.
