Walk for twenty minutes today, no phone

The cousin trap is fed by the phone. Ninety percent of the comparison food in your stomach today came from a screen. The fastest way to break that loop is also the oldest way. Walk, in the open air, without your phone, for twenty minutes. We are not turning you into a fitness influencer. We are giving your brain twenty minutes of evidence that the world contains more than the cousin's wedding pictures. The note we ask for at the end is one sentence. That is it.

Stretch

On the third walk in this same week, take a different route, even if it adds two minutes. New scenery resets the brain harder than a familiar lap. After the third walk, your three sentences (one per day) sit together on a page, and that page becomes proof that the world has more than the cousin trap shows.

Goes into your portfolio

A page or note with three dated one-line entries from three walks in the same week. Each line names one thing the phone never showed you. No photos required, the writing is the artifact.
