Practical exercise
Set up the thirty day dil check-in, tonight
The capstone practical is the smallest one. Tonight, before sleeping, you set up a thirty day dil check-in. Three questions, ninety seconds, every night, one notebook. After thirty nights you will have one of the most valuable documents you have ever owned: a real map of how your dil moves through a normal Pakistani month. We are giving you the setup so the first night is easy. After that, the discipline is yours.

Now try it

Stretch
After day thirty, do not stop the journal cold. Instead, drop the frequency to twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday nights, for example). The data still keeps building. Pakistani learners who continued the journal for ninety days reported one bigger pattern: their dil score crept up by one to two points on average, just from being witnessed in writing. Witness is medicine.
Goes into your portfolio
Three artifacts together: a photo of the first page of your notebook showing the three prompts and night one's date, a photo of the day fifteen review page (contents can be private, just the existence is the proof), and a photo of the day thirty closing letter folded shut. The text stays yours. The discipline is what we are honouring.
