Practical exercise
Practice saying I do not know and redirect with a sibling
The hardest moment in any talk is the first hostile question. Most students freeze, bluff, or apologize. You will rehearse the three honest moves that actually work: I do not know, I have a partial answer, and I will get back to you. By the end, your sibling will throw rocks at your topic and you will catch them calmly.

Run the same exercise once a month with a different sibling, cousin, or friend. After six rounds you will have a personal playbook of which moves work for you in which question types.
