Data residency commitment
Default Tokyo region. Pakistan residency mirror is contractually optional, not the default. Contract specifies the chosen option.
What we will commit to in writing: - Default region: Supabase ap-northeast-1 (Tokyo) - Pakistan mirror: optional, called out in the contract with retention and access terms - Sub-processor regions: listed in the DPA - Notification before changing primary region: 30 days
What we will not commit to: - Sole Pakistan storage with no foreign mirror (technically possible but slow; would need 90-day notice and price uplift) - EU storage today (planned only if a paying EU customer signs)
