Mutual indemnification for third-party IP claims and data breach. Capped at 12 months of fees paid. AI hallucination is excluded.
What we indemnify against: - Third-party intellectual property claims arising from AIzaadi-authored content - Data breach caused by AIzaadi negligence - Failure of our security controls
What is excluded: - AI agent hallucinations (clearly labeled in product as AI-generated) - Tenant misuse (learners sharing CNIC, manager exporting and emailing PII) - Acts of regulators (cannot indemnify against future SBP or NAIP rules)
Cap: 12 months of fees paid prior to the claim. Custom higher caps available on 1000+ seat plans.
