Free data export for 30 days. Hard deletion 90 days after termination. Certificates and audit logs retained 7 years for verification.
Post-termination data handling: - Day 0 to 30: full read access, free CSV and SCORM exports - Day 31 to 90: read access on request, no new exports - Day 91: hard deletion of learner PII from primary and Pakistan mirror - 7-year retention: certificate verification metadata and audit logs only, no PII
Certificate verification stays public so your learners can prove their credential after you leave AIzaadi.
