Capstone: pick one tool, run a 30-day pilot in your own shop

اختتامی پروجیکٹ: ایک ٹول چنیں، اپنی دکان میں 30 دن کا پائلٹ چلائیں

Three ways to see it

  1. Step one: pick the one tool from these four that bothers you the most. Bothers means: it eats your time, costs you money, or causes mistakes. Tool A - WhatsApp Business plus AI replies. Pick this if you are losing buyers because reply is slow. Tool B - Canva plus ChatGPT for ads. Pick this if you spend more than PKR 5,000 a month on ad design and copy. Tool C - Excel plus ChatGPT for inventory. Pick this if dead stock or stockouts cost you more than PKR 30,000 a year. Tool D - ChatGPT for FBR POS audit. Pick this if you are FBR-integrated and worried about a notice.

  2. Step two: write the baseline. Before day one of the pilot, write three numbers on a paper. Number one - the time the task currently takes you per week. Number two - the rupees the task currently costs you (salaries, design fees, dead stock loss, penalties, jo bhi ho). Number three - your guess of what AI will improve them to. Stick this paper on your shop wall. Without baseline, there is no proof.

  3. Step three: 30 days of daily use. Every single working day, you (not your munshi, not your beta) use the chosen tool at least once. WhatsApp pilot: every reply that needs more than one line goes through ChatGPT first. Ad pilot: every Sunday, make 5 new ad variants. Inventory pilot: every Friday, refresh forecast. FBR pilot: every Friday, run audit. Use it daily so the habit forms in the first 21 days.

Quick check: what makes modern AI different from a rule-based program?

The why-tree

Why 30 days, why not 7 or 90? Pehla jawab: 7 din mein habit nahi banti, sirf novelty hoti hai. 30 days is the science-backed minimum where the brain treats the new tool as 'normal'. After 30 days you continue without thinking.

Your three commitments today. Commitment one: pick your one tool right now. Don't wait. Write its name on the wall paper. Commitment two: write your three baseline numbers (current time, current cost, target). Commitment three: pick a start date in the next 7 days and circle it on a calendar. On day 30, take a photo of your wall paper full of weekly numbers. Send it to a dukandaar dost. Tell them what you learned. That photo, and that conversation, is the real graduation from this track. Allah aap ke kaam mein barkat de.
