Three ways to see it
What to build. A simple knowledge file with the top thirty questions and your standard answers. A WhatsApp business automation tool or a free no-code AI bot. The bot reads the customer message, finds the closest match in your file, and replies. If the message does not match anything, the bot forwards it to you. You answer once, and the answer becomes a new entry the bot remembers for next time.
Three rules to keep it safe. One: prices and stock should come from a list you update daily, not from the bot's imagination. If you forget to update, the bot must say price confirm karne ke liye kal subah ka raabta lein. Two: never let the bot promise delivery times or warranty terms you have not pre-approved. Three: every conversation should end with a clear human option: agar masla na hal ho to seedha owner ko WhatsApp karein.
Common mistakes. Setting up the bot then forgetting to update it for a month, so it gives wrong prices. Letting the bot respond too fast with no human touch, so the customer feels he is talking to a wall. Not testing the bot with three different customer styles: the polite buyer, the rushed wholesaler, and the angry returner. Test all three before going live.

The why-tree
Cost reality. Free tiers on most chatbot tools handle up to a few hundred messages a month. A small fee unlocks more volume and Urdu-friendly responses. Compare two or three providers; do not commit to a yearly plan in month one. The cost should be paid back within the first month by the time you save and the customers you do not lose.

Your week one plan. Day one: write your top thirty questions and answers on paper. Day two: set up a free WhatsApp business automation. Day three: load your questions. Day four: ask three friends to message the shop and see if the bot replies sensibly. Day five: fix the gaps. Day six and seven: go live and watch closely. By the end of week two you will know how many minutes a day the bot saves you. Write that number on the wall.
