Patience is a product feature
Our tutor is bound by voice rules the way a doctor is bound by a code of conduct. The rules forbid reflexive praise, dismissive shortcuts, and any phrase that signals a question was beneath the learner. Your child will never hear "this is easy" or "just try harder" from our tutor.
